About The Position

AmanaCare is seeking a scheduling manager for Central Nebraska, in the Broken Bow area. This position would be responsible for coordinating and maintaining caregiver schedules to ensure quality service delivery to our clients. AmanaCare provides faithful, personalized in-home assistance to seniors and disabled or recovering persons.

Requirements

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to problem-solve and multi-task.
• Superior phone etiquette and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals.
• Knowledge of general care for the elderly and disabled or recovering persons.
• Proficiency with computer systems and an ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily schedules for caregivers and clients.
• Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and preferences.
• Communicate schedule changes promptly to staff and clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the scheduling system.
• Work closely with the care management team to ensure client needs are met.
• Monitor and address scheduling conflicts, call-offs, and last-minute changes.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, caregivers, and families.
