About The Position
Windsor Manor Webster City is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers / Resident Assistants to join our Assisted Living team. If you have experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional, or Private Caregiver, we would love to meet you. No CNA license or certification is required for this position. We are looking for someone with caregiving experience, a dependable work ethic, and a genuine heart for seniors.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related healthcare or caregiving experience required
- Must successfully complete required background screening
- Must follow company Drug-Free Workplace policies
Nice To Haves
- CNA, Home Health, Private Caregiver, or Senior Living experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and comfortable working with seniors
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must successfully complete required dementia training when applicable
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and incontinence care
- Provide medication reminders as permitted
- Assist with changing bed linens and resident personal care needs
- Follow resident service plans and document care provided
- Communicate with the Resident Services team to help maintain continuity of care
- Build positive relationships with residents and families
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
- Support activities and daily operations within the community
- Complete additional duties as assigned
