Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related healthcare or caregiving experience required
• Must successfully complete required background screening
• Must follow company Drug-Free Workplace policies

Nice To Haves

• CNA, Home Health, Private Caregiver, or Senior Living experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and comfortable working with seniors
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Must successfully complete required dementia training when applicable

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and incontinence care
• Provide medication reminders as permitted
• Assist with changing bed linens and resident personal care needs
• Follow resident service plans and document care provided
• Communicate with the Resident Services team to help maintain continuity of care
• Build positive relationships with residents and families
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
• Support activities and daily operations within the community
• Complete additional duties as assigned
