Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background screening
• Ability to assist clients with mobility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services that help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
• Personal Care Assistance: Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting, Hygiene assistance
• Mobility & Safety Support: Walking assistance, Transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair), Fall prevention support
• Daily Living Assistance: Meal preparation, Light housekeeping, Medication reminders, Errands and transportation
• Companionship & Emotional Support: Meaningful conversation, Engagement in activities, Monitoring client well-being
• Observation & Reporting: Document care activities, Report concerns or health changes to supervisors
