About The Position

We are a locally owned home care agency serving seniors and families throughout the Marietta and West Cobb area. Our mission is simple: We show up. We stay consistent. We communicate. We are building a dependable team of caregivers who value meaningful relationships, consistency, and thoughtful care for local families. Our caregivers have the opportunity to build real connections while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent wherever they call home. Whenever possible, caregivers are matched with consistent clients rather than rotating between homes.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background screening
• Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable working independently
• Strong communication skills with families and office staff
• Caregiving, senior care, home care, PCA, CNA, HHA, or family caregiving experience preferred
• Caregiving: 1 year preferred

Responsibilities

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Dementia and memory care support
• Mobility assistance and transfers as needed
