About The Position
Griswold Care for the Greater Twin Cities is looking to hire part-time Caregivers/PCA/DSP's to help senior clients maintain their dignity and independence by providing non-medical care and home companionship. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
Requirements
- Dependable and kind.

- Current valid driver's license.
- 18 years of age.
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles.
- Committed to providing compassionate elderly care.
- Manage time wisely.
- Dependable and cheerful.
Nice To Haves
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- 2+ years of home care experience would be a plus; caring for a loved one counts.
Responsibilities
- Provide meaningful companionship and valuable caregiving assistance to senior clients within their homes.
- Prepare meals.
- Grocery shopping.
- Light housekeeping duties.
- Assist with non-medical elderly care tasks such as feeding and bathing.
- Help clients maintain proper personal hygiene.
- Provide caregiving services to clients with cognitive impairments or dementia.
- Communicate proactively with the office regarding client needs or conditions.
- Log and submit accurate documentation.
