About The Position

We're seeking dedicated and professional caregivers to provide immediate and consistent support to a client in their home. We're looking for caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), or Personal Care Assistants (PCA).

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Experience or training in personal care (CNA Certification a Plus).
Reliable, compassionate, and professional individuals.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid driver's license and Reliable Transportation
Ability to work the required schedule in North Oaks.
Punctuality is key
Candidates with a valid CNA registration with the state of MN will start at $20/hr.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized care and assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc.).
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Assist with mobility and medication reminders.
