About The Position

Touching Hearts at Home, Syracuse, a nationally recognized leader in home care for older adults, is seeking compassionate, reliable, and customer-focused Senior Caregivers to join their team. No medical certification is required, as the organization provides training and support. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required for part-time positions. The company's mission is to empower older adults to age in place and avoid hospitalization.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and your own insured vehicle
• Have your vehicle at every shift
• Reliable phone and internet access
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week
• Willingness to commute up to 20 miles
