About The Position
Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Caregivers. This role involves providing one-on-one care in clients' homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. The company offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for training and career growth. They welcome experienced caregivers, CNAs, DSPs, and home health aides, as well as those new to home care, providing training and support for all. Caregivers will assist clients with various needs, including companionship, personal care, activities of daily living, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation. Schedules are built around client needs, caregiver availability, location, and willingness to travel, with shifts ranging from 2 to 12 hours. Requirements
- Valid driver's license or state-issued ID
- Second acceptable form of employment eligibility identification
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform assigned care duties
- Successful completion of required background checks and drug screening
- Strong communication skills
- Work / activity history accounting for the past 5 years
- 3 references, including one person who has known you at least 5 years; email addresses required

- Active TN CNA certification (for CNA premium)
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, changing, toileting, and grooming
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Provide laundry services and medication reminders
- Perform transfers and other authorized care tasks
- Provide transportation and run errands, as needed and authorized
