About The Position

Make a difference where it matters most — at home. Elara Caring is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes. Most client visits are 1–3 hours , and caregivers may visit multiple clients per day. Weekly hours depend on client needs, your availability, and your service area. Full-time hours may not be available immediately.

Requirements

• Candidates must be certified for at least one caregiver level: Homemaker: Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker training certificate
• Personal Care: Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker + Personal Care training certificate.
• HHA: Qualifying Home Health Aide certification or active CNA License.
• Reliable personal transportation
• Comfortable traveling between client homes for short visits
• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable providing in-home care

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Companionship and household support
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Grocery shopping and client errands (Milage reimbursement is .72 cents per mile)
• Personal care, grooming, and dressing
• Bathing and additional hands-on care for qualified HHA/CNA caregivers
