About The Position

Make a difference where it matters most — at home. Elara Caring is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes. Most client visits are 1–3 hours, and caregivers may visit multiple clients per day. Weekly hours depend on client needs, your availability, and your service area. Full-time hours may not be available immediately.

Requirements

• Candidates must be certified for at least one caregiver level: Homemaker: Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker training certificate. Personal Care: Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker + Personal Care training certificate. HHA: Qualifying Home Health Aide certification or active CNA License.
• Reliable personal transportation
• Comfortable traveling between client homes for short visits
• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable providing in-home care

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Companionship and household support
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Grocery shopping and client errands (Milage reimbursement is .72 cents per mile)
• Personal care, grooming, and dressing
• Bathing and additional hands-on care for qualified HHA/CNA caregivers
