About The Position
Our Caregivers are essential to our mission at All Ways Caring HomeCare, delivering personalized care tailored to each client's unique needs in the comfort of their homes. We seek compassionate #DifferenceMakers who are passionate about making a positive impact and genuinely love what they do every day. Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, transportation assistance, and other light duties as assigned. All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home – all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence. Whether recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, living with a chronic disability, or dealing with the natural process of aging, services are tailored to meet the individual needs of people of all ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities. All Ways Caring HomeCare services include personal care and homemaking programs, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, respite care, and other programs.
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided
- Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
