About The Position

Assisting Hands Home Care in Cary is hiring caregivers and home care aides to provide personalized in-home support to seniors in Fuquay-Varina, Willow Spring, and nearby communities. The role helps clients remain safe, comfortable, independent, and dignified in their own homes. Part-time work is offered with flexible scheduling and short or long shifts, including weekday, evening, and weekend opportunities. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, showering, and dressing.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Prepare meals and assist clients with meals.
• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan.
• Perform light housekeeping related to clients' daily needs.
• Assist with walking and mobility as appropriate to training and the care plan.
• Accompany clients to appointments or activities when included in the assigned care plan.
• Follow care plans and communicate changes or concerns to the office.
