Requirements

Dependable and responsible
Good communication skills
Enjoy working with seniors
Be comfortable providing personal care when required
Have reliable transportation when required for the assigned position

Nice To Haves

Caregiving, home care, PCA, HHA, CNA, or LNA experience, or be willing to learn

Responsibilities

Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
Helping with meals and light housekeeping
Providing medication reminders
Assisting with mobility and daily activities
Helping with errands and appointments
Supporting clients with maintaining their independence and dignity
Communicating changes or concerns to the care team
