Requirements

Compassionate, dependable, patient, and trustworthy
Comfortable working independently in a client's home

Reliable transportation when required for the assigned client

Nice To Haves

Caregiving or PCA experience
Qualified candidates for paid training

Responsibilities

Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
Providing companionship and emotional support
Preparing meals and providing light housekeeping
Assisting with mobility and daily activities
Providing medication reminders
Helping with errands and appointments when needed
Encouraging independence and maintaining dignity
Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
Following the client's care plan and documenting care
