About The Position

Yorkshire of Edina Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA, & CNAs to join our growing team. Yorkshire of Edina Senior Living is located in Edina, off a bus route, between Southdale Mall and the YMCA. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 96-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Yorkshire of Edina provides a growing leadership team and staff. Lifespark is a complete senior health company headquartered in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Requirements

Compassionate towards others.

Experience providing direct cares in an assisted living community is preferred.
Strong interest in healthcare.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Providing support to our residents with their personal care services.
Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
