Polar Ridge Senior Living is a beautiful community located in North St Paul, MN, providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 114-unit, apartment-style setting. The community boasts a fun, passionate, and caring team dedicated to helping seniors 'Age Magnificently'. Lifespark is a complete senior health company focused on helping seniors live fuller, more independent lives.

Requirements

• Compassionate towards others.

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
• Assisting with medication administration.
