About The Position

Yorkshire of Edina Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA, & CNAs to join their growing team. Yorkshire of Edina Senior Living is located in Edina, off a bus route, between Southdale Mall and the YMCA. They help seniors Age Magnificently in their gorgeous 96-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Yorkshire of Edina provides a growing leadership team and staff.

Requirements

Must work a minimum of 4 shifts every thirty (30) days from last shift worked and two of those four shifts must be a weekend shift, when requested, excluding in-service hours.
Experience providing direct cares in an assisted living community is preferred.
Strong interest in healthcare.
Positive, compassionate attitude.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide support to our residents with their personal care services.
Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
