About The Position

Chaska Heights Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate and passionate Caregiver/HHA/CNA to join their growing team. This role involves enriching the lives of seniors in a 136-unit, apartment-style community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The company emphasizes a supportive leadership team and opportunities for career growth within a complete senior health organization.

Requirements

• Compassionate towards others.
• Passionate about enriching the lives of others.
• CNA, HHA, or Caregiver certification/qualifications.
• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to residents with their personal care services.
• Providing direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
• Assisting with medication administration.
