About The Position

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients in the Ozark, MO area. This role offers the opportunity to grow your skills in home care while making a difference one-on-one with clients. Requirements

• DSP, Caregiver, PCA, HHA, or CNA experience
• Active MO CNA (for higher pay rate)
• Ability to provide compassionate, reliable support
• Commitment to helping people live their best lives at home

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living [ADL's]
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
