Requirements

• Willingness to complete all employment requirements
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Clean driving record
• Access to a smartphone and email
• Strong respect for client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional attitude

Nice To Haves

• Prior home care experience preferred (CNA/HHA a plus)

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Help with transportation and errands
• Support with personal care (bathing, toileting, hygiene)
• Follow and implement individualized care plans
• Communicate professionally with families and team members
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Aiding with activities of daily living
• Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
• Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Providing companionship
