Carver Ridge Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver/HHA/CNA - Part Time PM - to join our growing team. Carver Ridge Senior Living is located just outside the heart of downtown Carver, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 70-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Requirements

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), and Caregiver
  • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
  • Strong interest in healthcare.
  • Positive, compassionate attitude.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
  • Assist with medication administration.
