About The Position

Legacy of Delano, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide / CNA to join our growing team! Legacy of Delano is a fun filled Senior Living Facility, located right off of Highway 12 in Delano, near Coborn’s. It has 51 total units, between both Assistant Living, Independent, and Memory Care Apartments. Requirements

Compassionate towards others
Passionate about enriching the lives of others
CNA, HHA or Caregiver certification/qualifications

Nice To Haves

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
Strong interest in healthcare.
Positive, compassionate attitude.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Providing support to our residents with their personal care services
Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
