About The Position

Sevita is hiring a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to help people grow, learn, and live well. The role involves building meaningful relationships with the individuals served, supporting their participation in community activities, and helping them work toward developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Caregivers also assist with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The position offers an 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. rotating shift, with every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
