About The Position

This is a caregiver / companion-style job where you spend time with one person at a time. You might hang out, talk, and build a connection, help with simple daily routines, go on walks or community outings, support basic life skills, and be someone they can count on. It's not complicated - it's about being present and helpful. Endeavor HCBS is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work 1-on-1 with individuals with special needs, and they will provide training.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to get a Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Show up and be dependable

Nice To Haves

• Experience in babysitting, nannying, caregiving, customer service, or helping others
