You design the treatment plans without corporate "unit" pressure. 1-on-1 Sessions (45–60 Mins): No double-booking. You see your patient from start to finish. Mentorship & Collaboration: We foster a "Mastermind" environment. Regular collaboration hours with the team to discuss tough cases and sharpen manual techniques. Focus on Results, Not Codes: Because we are cash-based, you treat the patient, not the insurance policy. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop high-level treatment plans.
- Deliver expert-level manual therapy and corrective exercise.
- Mentor and collaborate with our PTA and Technician team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain "quality-first" SOAP documentation (that actually makes sense).
