About The Position

Endeavor HCBS is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Gilbert to work 1-on-1 with individuals with special needs. This is a caregiver/companion-style job where you spend time with one person at a time, helping with simple daily routines, going on community outings, supporting basic life skills, and being a dependable presence. The role is described as not complicated, focusing on being present and helpful, and is a good alternative for those tired of retail or fast food environments.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to get a Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Show up and be dependable

Nice To Haves

• Experience in babysitting, nannying, caregiving, customer service, or helping others
