About The Position
ameriCare Marin is currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing in-home care team serving clients throughout Marin County. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping seniors and providing high-quality, personalized care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence in the home setting.
Requirements
- Caregiving or CNA experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must be willing to complete and pass a valid TB test
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support with personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Assist with mobility and transportation when needed
- Follow individualized care plans and communicate effectively with families and staff
