Caregiver/CNA - Weekend

ComForCare Home Care - Contra Costa West is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver CNA to join our team in Orinda, CA! This is a weekend position (Saturday & Sunday) from 2pm–10pm, perfect for a caring individual who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others. Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of California
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related caregiving setting preferred
- Availability to work weekends, Saturday and Sunday, 2pm–10pm
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
- Monitor and document client health status and report changes to appropriate personnel
- Administer medication reminders and assist with daily medication routines
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment
