About The Position

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality, one-on-one care to clients throughout the Emerald Coast. Caregivers who meet all required qualifications can start at $18/hour. Training guidance is available for those who need assistance completing requirements. We believe great caregivers deserve to feel appreciated, supported, and respected. Requirements

• A current CNA license or HHA certification
• Valid CPR certification with in-person instruction
• Required CNA/HHA coursework completed (we can provide a list of requirements)
• Eligibility for a Level 2 Background Check
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work independently while also being part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• A compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered attitude

Responsibilities

• Personal care and daily living activities
• Bathing, grooming, and hygiene

• Other duties outlined in the client's care plan
