About The Position
Oxford Senior Living is seeking Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) to join their family. The core purpose of the role is to experience the joy of serving others and to create meaningful relationships with residents, supported by a favorable resident-to-caregiver ratio. The position involves helping residents live fulfilling lives, creating a safe and loving environment, and actively participating in joyful activities. Requirements
- Current Certified Nurse Aide License from the state
Responsibilities
- Help residents live fulfilling lives by providing general care
- Help to create a safe and loving environment in which our residents can thrive
- Be an active participant in the joyful activities with our resident’s
- Promote dignity and independence by providing proper documentation and communication of residents to fellow team members
