About The Position

Cooperative Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers in St. Charles. Caregivers provide one-on-one care and assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting. The role offers flexible scheduling, a supportive team, and opportunities to build meaningful relationships with clients. Additional shifts and hours may be available based on availability and preferred areas.

Listed schedules include Monday–Friday, 4:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m. and Sunday, 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; and Monday–Sunday, 9:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be comfortable assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
• Proof of auto insurance is required.
