About The Position

Tribute is a private home care company that focuses on creating a supportive community for its caregivers. They aim to provide remarkable caregivers with a team that has their back, fostering a warm and close-knit environment. Tribute is selective in hiring to maintain the quality of the community they are building, ensuring that caregivers work alongside other remarkable individuals. The role involves working in clients' homes across MetroWest Boston, including areas like Framingham, Wellesley, and Concord. Caregivers will provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and assistance with daily routines. A key aspect of the role is building lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time, working closely with the Tribute care team to follow detailed care plans and ensure clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Visits are typically 12 hours long to facilitate relationship building.

Requirements

CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights
Weekend availability of at least one day per week
Reliable transportation
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
