About The Position
Tribute is a private home care company that focuses on building a supportive community for remarkable caregivers. They offer long enough visits to build relationships with clients, working in clients' homes across the South Shore (Hingham, Weymouth, Dedham, Canton, and surrounding areas). The role involves providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines, working closely with the care team to follow care plans and ensure client safety and comfort. The position emphasizes building lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time.
Requirements
- CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
- Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights
- Weekend availability of at least one day per week
- Reliable transportation
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines in clients' homes.
- Follow detailed care plans in collaboration with the Tribute care team.
- Ensure clients feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
- Build lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time.
