About The Position

Tribute is a private home care company dedicated to supporting remarkable caregivers. We foster a warm, close-knit community that celebrates and supports its team members. We are selective in hiring to build a strong community of exceptional caregivers. In this role, you will conduct typically 12-hour visits in clients' homes across Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and assisting with daily routines. You will collaborate with the Tribute care team to implement detailed care plans, ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared for. The role emphasizes building lasting relationships with a limited number of clients over time.

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience.
• Comfort with long visits, including days or awake overnights.
• Weekend availability of at least one day per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
