About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is hosting a virtual career information session for people interested in career opportunities at its Charleston and Hilton Head, South Carolina locations. The session will introduce attendees to opportunities in sales, marketing, sales gallery coordination, and quality assurance and contracts, and will provide a chance to meet the leadership team, learn about benefits and career growth, and ask questions. The event is scheduled for Monday, November 16, 2026, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., via Microsoft Teams. Candidates are invited to RSVP; after confirming attendance by applying, they will receive a Microsoft Teams invitation. Previous timeshare experience is not required for many opportunities.

Responsibilities

Sales Executives: Introduce families to vacation ownership and help existing owners enhance their experiences; build relationships, deliver engaging presentations, and create exceptional vacation experiences.
Marketing Professionals: Engage with guests, build relationships, generate qualified vacation ownership presentations, and provide customer service and concierge assistance.
Sales Gallery Coordinators: Welcome owners and guests, assist with guest registration, support daily sales gallery operations, and work with sales executives and leadership to support the guest experience.
Quality Assurance & Contracts: Review sales transactions and contracts for accuracy and compliance, process vacation ownership agreements, support completion of sales, and collaborate with sales teams.
