The Career Navigator will support the Program Director with all operations and management of the program. This person provides a variety of classroom and participant support activities required to maintain a high level of participant retention and successful achievement of participant and programmatic goals. The program will support youth and young adults by offering career readiness training, paid work experience activities, and case management. The Career Navigator will support efforts for program start-up, implementation, and continuous improvement. This role is hybrid, at least 3 days onsite required weekly. Note that depending on the needs of the program, the number of days could fluctuate from 3 to 5 days a week on site. Location: Dauphin & Lebanon Counties
