About The Position

The Career Foundation Program (CFP) gives recent college graduates an opportunity to explore career options through function-specific rotations. The Operations Finance Track includes rotations through Plant Finance and Accounting and Corporate Finance and Accounting. Rotations across the program last 18 to 24 months, depending on the track. Associates receive guidance, training, and partnership from senior leaders, an assigned manager, a mentor, and a program manager. Associates contribute to the goals of each assigned department by helping solve problems, taking leadership roles on certain projects, supporting short- and long-term objectives, and delivering high-level results. The program is intended for high-potential graduates who can adapt quickly, demonstrate initiative, and take on increasingly complex project responsibilities. After 12 months, associates may apply for qualified open positions while continuing their rotations; placement in a new position is not guaranteed. Associates receive career guidance and counseling during rotations and internal job searches. Proof of graduation is required before the start date. Other duties may be assigned.
