About The Position

Under the general direction of the Associate Dean and in close collaboration with the Directors of Graduate Programs and Student Success, the Career Coaching and Partnership Programs Specialist leads comprehensive career coaching services to undergraduate and MBA students while administering and sustaining key alumni and employer engagement initiatives for the College of Business Administration. The incumbent exercises a high level of professional judgment to originate new programs and initiatives where policies and procedures do not exist; develop infrastructure to track career outcomes, alumni engagement, and employer partnerships; and create scalable employment pipelines aligned with regional workforce needs. The position provides strategic and operational leadership for the MBA Alumni Advisory Board and establishes a comprehensive alumni relations model that integrates mentoring, recruiting, experiential learning, and philanthropic engagement. The incumbent maintains and strengthens alumni and corporate relationships, serving as a central point of contact for employer engagement activities, mentoring, networking, and recruiting initiatives. The Career Coaching & Partnership Programs Specialist plays a critical role in connecting students, faculty, alumni, and employers to deliver a high-quality, career-focused educational experience that advances student success and regional economic vitality.

Requirements

  • Administrative Analyst/Specialist Exempt II classification.
  • Full-time, exempt position.
  • Successful completion of a probationary period for permanent status.
