The role requires maintaining periodic contact to assess job retention and advancement issues, providing training and employment advancement information, monitoring participant progress toward self-sufficiency, and maintaining accurate electronic and paper case files. The position emphasizes case management focused on self-sufficiency and facilitating access to education, training, and employment services.
