Work with Career Center Director and school counselors in planning and implementing the district college and career program and maintains primary responsibility for the college and career development component of the program; is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing a comprehensive high school college and career development program which is designed to assist students, parents, staff, and the business community to extend the academic world to the world or work; evaluate activities and services associated with the high school college and career development program; exercise considerable independent thinking, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making within a framework of established procedures; must be detailed oriented, able to multi-task and collaborate with co-workers. Receives general supervision from assigned professional or supervisory staff.
