Requirements

2 years experience in career counseling, case management and Bachelors degree in Human Services, Social Work, Business, Education, or related field or 5 years equivalent experience with HS Diploma
Strong counseling, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital workspaces (examples: common AI tools, Sharepoint, MS Teams)
Strong documentation, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

Manage caseloads of 30+ participants and meet performance targets
Work effectively with diverse populations, including individuals with barriers to employment
