The role also involves maintaining accurate participant files, providing case management with a focus on self-sufficiency, conducting client orientations, working with training providers, facilitating professional development workshops, maintaining client databases, ensuring participants follow through with their Individual Employment Plans, providing individualized assessments, making referrals to community services, completing enrollment documentation, resolving attendance issues, assisting with project reports, and collaborating with the business services team to identify job opportunities and necessary qualifications. Additionally, the role may involve social media promotion, content creation (text, video, images), scheduling posts using applications like CANVA and Constant Contact, and coordinating social media content targeted at youth aged 17-24. Other duties reasonably related to job responsibilities may be assigned.
