The Care Team Manager is responsible for operating assigned homes in a manner that ensures company goals are met, including budget adherence and clinical effectiveness. This role involves supporting and supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure they have the necessary training and skills for high-quality care. The manager also maintains the assigned homes, ensuring all systems, facilities, and furnishings are in good working order, and coordinates repairs and maintenance. Additionally, the Care Team Manager collaborates with supervisors and clinical teams to oversee resident care, activities, and programs, aiming to improve their social, emotional, mental, and physical well-being, and enhance their independence. Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical, medical, and regulatory agencies, is essential. The manager must also ensure attendance at scheduled functions and maintain regular interaction with individuals according to their person-centered plans.
