The Care Team Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies, operating assigned homes to meet company goals for budgets and clinical effectiveness, and supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure high-quality care. This role involves maintaining the physical condition of the homes, coordinating repairs, and assisting with contractor management. Clinically, the manager collaborates with the direct supervisor and clinical team to ensure proper actions for individuals' health, safety, and stability, and to enrich their social, emotional, mental, and physical needs through activities and programs. Regular communication with internal and external agencies is also required, along with ensuring DSPs attend individual functions and maintain regular interaction.
