About The Position

This is a Registered Nurse (RN) - Care Team Leader position in the Access Center. The role involves motivating and leading nursing staff, collaborating with the interprofessional team, providing strategic and innovative thinking, and acting as a leader of change. The position also includes mentoring and teaching others to foster professional growth and skill development.

Requirements

2 years of experience in an acute care inpatient unit Required
Registration as a professional nurse in the state of Wisconsin Required

Nice To Haves

Baccalaureate degree in Nursing Preferred
3 years of experience in an acute care inpatient unit
Intermediate Care Experience Preferred
