About The Position

This is a 90% FTE position with 8/12 evening shifts, with the primary shift being 11:00 am – 11:30 pm. This role includes working weekends and some holidays. The hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. The position is located at 8501 Excelsior Drive in Madison, WI. The role involves motivating and leading nursing staff, collaborating with the interprofessional team, providing strategic and innovative thinking, and acting as a leader of change. A key aspect of this role is mentoring and teaching others to foster their professional growth and enhance their knowledge and skills.

Requirements

Registration as a professional nurse in the state of Wisconsin
3 years of experience in an acute care inpatient unit
