About The Position
This is a 60% FTE position with 8/12 day/evening shifts, with the primary shift being 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM. The role includes working weekends and some holidays, and hours may vary based on operational needs. The position is located at 8501 Excelsior Drive in Madison, WI. The Care Team Leader will motivate and lead nursing staff, collaborate with the interprofessional team, provide strategic and innovative thinking, and act as a leader of change. They will also mentor and teach others for professional growth and advancement.
Requirements
- Registration as a professional nurse in the state of Wisconsin
- 2 years of experience in an acute care inpatient unit
- 3 years of experience in an acute care inpatient unit

- Intermediate Care Experience
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing
