About The Position

Senior Helpers of Chatham County is hiring a Care Team Lead to supervise a team of caregivers, ensuring proper and adequate coverage of all scheduled shifts. This is a high-responsibility role requiring quick decision-making, accountability, and leadership skills. Must be trainable with a growth mindset. Requirements

• Must have Current CNA Certification in the State of Georgia
• Must have 2 years Caregiving Experience in Private Duty Home Care
• Must have demonstrated leadership experience
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must have proven reliability and attendance.
• Must have current driver’s license and good driving record.
• Must provide at least 2 Professional Job References
• Must be highly reliable and responsive
• Must answer calls/messages promptly (within 15–30 minutes)
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and on-call
• Must be ready to leave immediately for urgent coverage
• Strong organization and logical decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Fill all open shifts and eliminate coverage gaps
• Enforce scheduling and attendance policies
• Respond to urgent scheduling needs immediately
• Cover shifts personally when needed
• Conduct field visits and monitor caregiver performance
• Support client relationships and address concerns
