The Team Leader is responsible for directing teammates in their respective area and managing day-to-day operations so that the team meets its required level of production. The team leader is responsible for the coordination of inbound and outbound product movements within the distribution center. Ensure that client orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet client expectations. Monitor and document the daily volume of inbound and outbound in departmental records. Team leader works closely with his or her teammates to resolve client problems and reports as required on performance, issues and resolutions. Teammate will follow all Insight policies and procedures. Each person is accountable for meeting or exceeding individual and/or departmental metrics.
